All rights are reserved. No portion of this software may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used in any form without the express written permission of the owner.
NexusOS is licensed, not sold. By creating an account and using NexusOS, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your own internal business or personal productivity purposes.
This licence does not grant you the right to: copy, modify, reverse-engineer, sublicense, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any part of NexusOS or its underlying technology for any commercial purpose.
You may not:
Access to NexusOS features is provided on a subscription basis. Your access is contingent on maintaining an active subscription and complying with these licence terms. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, access is revoked at the end of the current billing period.
All data you enter into NexusOS remains yours. NexusOS does not sell or share your data with third parties. Data entered into the platform is stored securely and used solely to provide the service to you.
Gmail data accessed via OAuth is fetched directly from Google's API during your session only — no email content is stored on NexusOS servers. OAuth tokens are revocable at any time via your Google Account settings.
NexusOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The owner makes no guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet every specific requirement. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jhun Rey Velado shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use NexusOS, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
This licence is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you violate any of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of NexusOS and destroy any copies of materials obtained through the platform.
This licence shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in good faith between the parties before pursuing formal legal action.
